ABOUT:
The House of Representatives is one of the two parts of the Legislative Branch in Congress (the other being The Senate), which together, make up a bicameral legislature. The House passes federal legislation, that affects the entire country. The proposed bills must also be approved by The Senate and then approved by The President. If The President Vetos the bill, it can still be passed, but it needs 2/3rds of the Votes in The House.
The House has 3 exclusive powers:
